Comprehensive Initial Training
When you partner with Will & Probate Services you will join us at our head office near Peterborough and undertake an intensive induction course. You don’t need any legal qualifications or experience at the outset, we will teach you everything you need to get started. Your training will be delivered by our Director, Nick Ash, who is Chairman of the TAS Independent Will Writers and Estate Planners Network and lectures regularly to degree students for Anglia Professional Training.
Support and Helpline
You won’t know everything straight away. We appreciate that you will come up against questions and situations that you won’t be able to resolve. So we have a helpline to answer your questions. Staffed by qualified paralegals and with over 13 years of experience there is nothing that we can’t give you a definitive answer for.
Also with prior agreement, in the initial phase of your franchise setup, our Managing Director will offer personal face to face support for client meetings and presentations.
The team behind Will & Probate Services have years of experience in the legal services market, from business development to dealing with the courts there is not much that they haven’t seen and dealt with.
