Will and Probates Services is one of the most respected estate planning firms in the UK. Founded in October 2005 by Nick Ash based in the bedroom of his home, we are now a national player in the paralegal sector.
Our ambition is to become the best known, most trusted legal services company in the UK. To achieve this, we are looking to find a small number of strategic partners throughout England and Wales. We are unlike most Will Writing companies. Put simply we think differently about our market and how we reach the millions of people who haven’t done this essential planning. The fact that we are not solicitors means that we enjoy the comparative freedom of the paralegal world when it comes to marketing our services. When addressing the more formal legal aspects of the work we act as a fully regulated entity.

About Nick Ash, Director of Will and Probate Services
I have been called the most respected estate planner in the UK, I have certainly been at the forefront of professionalising the Estate Planning industry for almost 15 years. However, the thing I am most proud of is the Will and Probate Services Pro offer that you are reading about today.
When I started Will and Probate Services back in October 2005, I knew nothing about the law, I had just been made redundant from a job, didn’t have any savings and needed to earn £2,500 the next month to feed my children and pay the bills.
The opportunity to become a Will Writer was flagged up to me by an independent financial advisor who knew that most of his clients didn’t have a Will in place. He thought I would be quite good at it. I did my research and saw the opportunity. The rest, as they say, is history.
Today as I write this, I am a member of the Professional Standards Board for the Society of Will Writers advising on probate and compliance issues, I am about to enter my fourth year as the Chairman of the TAS Network of Independent Will Writers and Estate Planners and each week I lecture on Law to degree students for Anglia Professional Training. As well as running and growing Will and Probate Services.
But, the thing is the opportunity remains the same as it always was, sitting there in plain sight, unaddressed by most advisors. Which is why we are reaching out to you.
